"Making Dreams Come True"

We hired Karrina and her team to do a full remodel on our house. From start to finish Karrina listened to all of our needs and understood that some items we may have to forgo if the budget didn’t allow.  From start to finish Karrina was in constant communication with us. The design boards she created were executed precisely and the small details she suggested made a huge impact to the overall feel of our home. 

Doing a remodel of this magnitude can pose numerous challenges, we were fortunate that we didn’t have too many arise once walls were torn down.  Our biggest challenge that we faced was making our master bathroom bigger while not loosing a closet or a tub in the guest bathroom.  Karrina, the architect and general contractor spent a bunch of time with us going over different options. We knew that we weren’t sure what route we were going to go until the walls were torn down and we could see the space we were working with. Being a visual person, Karrina met us at our house and laid out each option with a tape measure so we could visualize how the bathroom space would work. What we ended up getting was something we didn’t think we would be able to obtain in our wildest dreams! 

We ran into another challenge working with the island and built-in bar. Again, Karrina and the general contractor were measuring out the space and taping where all the items would be so we could imagine what the kitchen would look like and still be to code. 

I can’t thank Karrina and her team enough for giving us our dream home. From the color of paint to make the house brighter, to the detail in the tile and even down to the screws used in the doors. Everything exceeded our expectations!
