The Krafted Home, formerly known as "Krafted Renovations", thrives to be a quality, detail oriented design team. Working hand in hand with our preferred general contractors to create long lasting, quality, stunning homes for our customers and clients. We like to use the word, "Custom" Renovator & Builders because that is exactly what we are! We do not believe in quick "flipping" or cheaply building a home. Whether it's our personal "Renovate to Resell" homes, Custom Spec Homes or our Hired Client Jobs, attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is what we believe sets us apart from others on the market and we strive to provide that in every single one of our homes.

 

Our Owner and Lead Designer, Karrina Rotter, pictured left, got her start in this business in 2018 when she began doing her own Renovate to Resell Projects. Not even a year later, she began having clients approach her to do their own personal (and investment) home renovations and new builds. By being the designer on these projects and having a full team of architects, general contractors, trade only source accounts, and a list of custom contractors to long to list- we are able to offer our clients a One Stop Shop type service. Anything home related- we can help!

Although we have teamed up with our preferred GC in our resell homes, when hiring KR you are NOT required to hire our gc (although it is an option). In fact we encourage you to find a gc you are comfortable with and get other estimates/bids.
