We Wanted To Create A Calming, Organic  & Spa Like Atmosphere When You Walk Into This Home. To Bring In The "Organic" Portion We Did A Lot, I Mean A Lot, Of Natural Stone, From The Moment You Pull Up We Have The Beautiful Over Grouted Limestone On The Front Pop Out Walls And Dormers Of The Exterior, We Also Went With A Stunningly Unique Flagstone Steps That Lead You To The Custom Metal Dutch Front Door.

What do we call this design style? Well, we are not too sure what to call it actually! We played with mixing Modern Farmhouse, with a Luxe Modern vibe and some touches of "organic", so naturally we are just calling it our Modern Luxe Farmhouse!

Another unique design that we are not still to sure on what to call the design style. It has a modern and also touches of Scandinavian flairs to an original ranch style home. We kept a black/white color palette for most of the home and played with some deep navy blues for the kids bathroom.

It was so fun to work with the clients to bring out their own personal design goals and finding a way to make it all blend together perfectly, the end result: Unique & STUNNING!

We had the pleasure of working with a lovely family on helping them create their dream home in beautiful Arcadia Arizona. It was a full tear down of the existing home and then they built a brand new, very custom home! We were honored to be hired to complete the entire design of this home! The Roma Project- now known for its beauty and unique character style. We decided to step up or design game and play with Modern English Farmhouse on this project. Our gorgeous Viva la Bonita was one of our first "cosmetic only" remodels that we did as a renovate to resell home and wow are we stunned with its results! We had the honor to help design a gorgeous remodel in the magic zip code, 85254 neighborhood of Scottsdale! This was a "quick" cosmetic remodel, as you'll see from the before and afters we kept the existing kitchen cabinets and refinished them, added hardware, pendants and new counters. We did flooring, fireplace remodel and add a gorgeous new wetbar! Easy changes, drastic impact!

First Sale of 2020! And broke neighborhood records!! Clarendon 3.0 was quite the project! We fully gutted, reconfigured, and redesigned this entire home from top to bottom! We went bold with copper accents, dark cabinets and griege trim color on baseboards and doors! Who knew mixing all these accents would turn into such a beauty!
